Euro 2012 and cheerful Warsaw ,

the world  to positive vibes  and building awareness  that Poland is the place to come , visit great cities like Warsaw  , enjoy culture , food , sights and be truly happy and content during the holidays  .Never mind the traffic chaos during the days  of matches when huge crowds of fans marched through streets of Warsaw ,
especially some streets being closed as the huge task of 2nd line of metro of Warsaw being build , Warsaw was  pure fun and joy for visitors .Of course Warsaw in this special time of June  2012 is vibrating to the rhythm of songs , music and mass of truly international crowd of soccer fans and others who simply came to enjoy the truly colorful mood of Warsaw . Special “ fan zones “ places where these  spectators who did not get the chance to get
to “ national Stadium “ , provide truly dynamic mood . Art programs , mixing with each other , enjoying the  direct transmission of the matches  with some
very much liked polish beers  is what city prepared for these who want to see the matches of this popular sport , soccer festival , EURO 2012 . To one of the “Fan Zone” by the Palace of Culture and Science , people walk from mighty “ Kings Route “  by Chmielna Street . The great alley where well know restaurants , boutiques situated in interesting buildings  charm one desire to enjoy polish food or buy
some charming polish amber  and silver jewelry  ,is  definitely  pleasant way to  walk  through and breeze the “ air “ of  vibrating spirit of Warsaw. Unfortunately Poland did not qualify to  quarter –finals of ERO 2012 as they lost important match with Czech team , but Poland and   Warsaw are the winners in generating   tremendous interest about  this amazing
part of Europe . People love polish food , hospitality , interest in sport and  overall mood and spirit on the streets and bars and restaurants where fans can see the matches while mingling  with many
visitors  who came to Warsaw from all over  the world and of course meeting polish Varsavians who are the hosts of the games .This great festival  is very attractive way to savor  polish culinary specialties. Tasty soups like “chlodnik “ cold soup  based on sour milk or yoghurt  enriched with egg , some
cucumber , beetroot and in some instances  small pieces of chicken , or other soup  delicacy  is “ zurek’ based of  sour  wheat starter with egg and bits of  polish sausages. For main course “biggos” kind of stew of  sour cabbage , chunks of  meats and sausages and polish mushrooms .Some might desire to try “blood pudding”   sausage  based on buckwheat ,pork and blood  which goes very    well with polish vodkas like “ Wyborowa “ or  well known polish beers , where “Zywiec “ is world renown .While visiting Warsaw it is worth to visit well presented Museums , where  history art  of Poland  is encapsulated for the benefit of visitors.  “National museum “ ,” Zacheta museum “ , “ Warsaw Uprising  museum “ , “Warsaw museum  “ are just only some museums worth to visit and soon ,autumn next year , Warsaw will  with pride open “ Museum of History of Polish Jews” . Warsaw history  can be picked up while walking along great boulevard of Warsaw “ Kings  Route “ which  starts at Old Town  through Krakowskie Przedmiescie , Nowy Swiat and Aleje Ujazdowskie leads to Lazienki Park and Kings  August Poniatowski Summer Palace . ANATOMY OF NEW YORK

there is no other  place  around the world  as  New York . This metropolis of great  mega “ boroughs “all 5 of them , representing the “ mini cosmos “ of the World village . The  best way  to describe that this town is alive  ,where  under  its  urban  “ skin”  , life  pulsates ,   is to see this mega-polis  as  human body .

Here   the  human mass  busily interacts  with each other being  symbol  of living body. In New York , below  the surface of its “ skin” of architecture ,  buildings  representing  amazing styles , in crinkles and wrinkles  of the New York proud face , on  the streets and  avenues  cars , busses  and pedestrians moving about .   The spine of Manhattan of New York  the  5th Avenue carries  the nerves of the business , trade , finances . While face of New York bears also scars  of  11  September   2001  , when evil forces destroyed WTC Twin Towers , there is lots of beauty on face  of New York . This scar now in process of healing  , being rebuild , will make huge impact on the world  .  Its  courageous architectural  design of Freedom Tower to show to the world that Democracy and Freedom wins struggle against ideologies of  resembling   dark ages of humanity .

New York like all organisms has its many  properly , well functioning organs . The brain of New York , represented by the Fathers of the City ,  United Nations  Quarters  where heads  of the world  meet to discuss future of the world affairs .

Of course New York has its “eyes” . Two attractively positioned  sky reaching  buildings , Empire State  and Rockefeller present formidable viewing towers  for New York to charm  the visitors with  the breathtaking panoramas.

Its heart in form of “ Financial District “  pulsates with the dynamics  of NYSE stock exchange , while under  ground  are the  veins  of this town  where  through  its  transportation routes  for motor vehicles  such as  tunnels under , bridges above ,the waterways of  Hudson and East Rivers   . “Metro “ , ready to deliver   citizens   to   “ Parkways “ , Avenues , Streets , lanes  of town . It is called ” MTA”  system where the  world humanity  enters  and exits this most dynamic form of transport , is supply of life to town  . The metro network  is also best place  to observe this system as kind of “ digestive”  system  as here  all  aspects of  social science  where  various races , cultures , nations and sexes  in respectful , courteous way deal with each other  in well – mannered and polite  human dynamics .  Most of the Metro  lines start at extremities on New York being used by all  members of the communities such as  Afro- Americans , Latinos , Asians  only to flow into Manhattan where  representatives of  white race  presenting itself by Anglo- Celts , Germanic , Slavonic , Jewish  members  in this truly Global Community fashion of  typical  refined  and polite  New York way of dealing with each other  .

 

New York is example to the world how we human beings can cooperate , work , domicile and be together in full  respectful  and peaceful  coexistence . The opera, ballet present , quality of great art entertainment at Lincoln Centre and Broadway shows and theatre provide New Yorkers with abilities to relax and refresh their  nervous systems through positive intelectual  and emotional  experiences  staged by best artists of the world .

The lungs of New York with its many small parks and  great , big green of Central Park,  surrounded by the “ rib cage” of the upper  East and West Manhattan  streets ,  serve the purpose of  providing the fresh air  from the greenery , to   walkers , runners and to the town . Here citizens of this amazing city relax , contemplate ,  look into colours of  moving stream of passersby , where many bring their  dogs , the  best “ friend” of man  .  New addition to New York urban  scope is “HIGH  line” where citizens   of this town walk and mingle with world visitors.

New York is the mini world of  humanity , here the world comes to experience the amazing stimulations of seeing humanity at work , interactions , creative activities in all aspects of  actions what make us human . New York drives  to promote  this  amazing place where  some neighborhoods are resembling mini  world countries and cultural centers  and  aims to attract 55 million visitors a year.   To  enjoy humane activities at its dynamic and spectacular fashion one  has to come  and see New York for one self .  Qantas Airways , LOT  Polish Airlines , Singapore Airlines , Thai International Airways are only few of many  international carriers  bringing travelers , visitors and business people to New York .
